
Brenda Oppermann is the founder of GameChangers 360, a consultancy and educational platform dedicated to effectively work with under-recognized actors in peace and conflict. A gender, stabilization and organizational change expert, she has served as an advisor and subject matter expert for military and civilian organizations including the Department of Defense, NATO, US Agency for International Development, the United Nations and assorted NGOs. She has extensive experience working in fragile states and areas of conflict and post-conflict in Africa, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Brenda has been a guest speaker at the Harvard Kennedy School Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, Harvard Law School, National Defense University, the UN, US Army Command and General Staff College and the US Naval War College among others. She holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law, an M.A. in International Relations from Yale University and a B.A. in Comparative Literature from the University of California-Irvine.
